KBH AKORD SENTINEL MODULAR BODY CONSTRUCTION is an innovative design composed of wall, floor, and roof modules. Each module is a panel framed with patented aluminum profiles that enable quick assembly. The container modules are screwed together from the inside with screws hidden in the profiles, while isothermal and refrigerated boxes use externally mounted screws concealed under covering profiles. This advanced engineering eliminates messy glues and chemicals, ensuring clean, professional installation.

Moreover, the modular system enables rapid replacement of damaged panels with identical units—complete repair takes approximately 1–3 hours with no need to replace the entire body. Available for GVW ratings from 3.5 to 18.0 tons, bodies can be delivered ready-assembled for immediate deployment or supplied as kits for later assembly at your facility.
